I love to get barreled! That's one thing I enjoy very much! Satellite Beach offered some good solid waves. Now just have to wait for the next swell and see what else is out there.

The first hurricane of the season to bring some solid swell to the East Coast is Joaquin! I got to surf Wabasso with a nice crew of Bodybaorders from all over Florida. Waves were 3-5 ft with nice glassy conditions. I got some nice barrels including this one!

The East Coast has been having waves for few days and after a long time, we decided to go to Sebastian Inlet, it's been a while since last time I got this spot in good conditions, it was a fun day to be honest with you. Thanks to Jason Doyle and Carlos Jenkins for the photos.

The paddle to Outer Reef Popoyo, this day that break was going off, probably one of the biggest surf I've had in a while! We have surfed few different spots, but this was special, first of many trips to Nicaragua!

We have finally arrived to Nicaragua! I have to say this was an epic session! we are staying on the north side, surfing Da Boom! This is probably one of the best wave I've ever surfed, can't wait for the rest of the week!

First Storm in the Gulf!!!

Nice to see the Gulf waking up this early for a nice swell! Surfing at home it's priceless! even when I couldn't get a shot, you can appreciate the waves in this pictures. Maybe this is a sign for the hurricane season!

Sequence

This is a nice sequence that I finally put together from my last trip to Hawaii. This spot is called Log Cabins on the North Shore, right before Off the Walla and Pipeline. This day was epic, 8-10 ft waves, glassy and super fun barrels! Hope to be back someday!

Villano Beach

After many years living in Florida, finally got the chance to surf this spot in St Augustine area in North Florida. It was not the best day out there, but you can tell you can find some nuggets all day long, can't wait to surf this spot in epic conditions. The best part of this day was spending this session with friends that I haven't seen in a while!

The Gulf!!!!

I have to be honest, this winter season has not been the best one in the Gulf, but today the waves were pumping! Not really big, but super mega fun! I think I got barreled in every single waves, no joke! I was totally surfed out by the time the sun came down, so stoked to surf at home at my favorite spot!

South Florida

We got a strong noreaster cold front that made it all the way down to South Florida, so I decided to head down there to catch some waves. Not only they were good, but also a lot warmer! Palm Beach has its days and this was one of those! waves were alt least 6 ft plus and glassy, paddle was a bitch but we had fun! One of the thing that I appreciate the most about surfing is the friendship you build. Waves can be crap, but if you are hanging out with your friends, it makes it all much better!

Puerto Rico

Being unable to surf and with crappy waves, we decided to take a hike at Cueva Ventana (window cave). I've been coming to Puerto Rico for years now and always wanted to come here. It is amazing what mother nature is capable to create! we had a great time here! soon, I'll be back home. Hoping for some nice water shots to come soon also!

Waves have been fun in the island, but when if you wanna play, you gotta pay! I had a nasty accident today, as you can tell. I had to go to the emergency room and get few stitches close to my left eye and under my chin. I'm not complaining, just part of the business.

Finally back in Puerto Rico! Right off the Surf Expo took a flight to Puerto Rico and meet the Congo Boards Team and spend few days with them. I wanna thank them for the invitation, I always have fun hanging out with these guys!

Surf Expo

This week the Surf Expo is back in Orlando, Fl. I worked at the CUSTOM X booth for the weekend and also got new quiver for my trip to Puerto Rico. I always enjoy going to the Expo, I've been doing for so long, a lot of fun! If you've ever been there, you know what I'm talking about!
