I'm having a great time here in Hawaii, my mind has been busy with some personal issues I have going on, but I'm glad I'm surfing some good waves! I made this trip with Luis, Marcos, Manolo and Cano, some good friends from Puerto Rico and Florida. It's important to get along well with your the guys you are traveling with in a surf trip, trust me on that. By the way, couldn't avoid the picture with Bob Marley!

We have surfed few spots in the Island of Oahu, we are staying in the North Shore right next to Waimea Bay. So far, we surfed V Land, Log Cabins, the West Side. Now taking a look at Pipeline. The whole week we've cought some 6-8 ft waves, but haven't found a good solid swell, it should be coming soon.

This is my first trip to Hawaii! I'm so stoked! can't wait till we get there and start getting some warm water waves!!!

Surf Expo

This weekend I worked at the SURF EXPO in Orlando, Fl. As always, I had great time! I worked at the CUSTOM X booth. Another great news I had from ZINKA, they used my profile shot for their wall paper at their booth, I was so stoked to see it!!! I can't complain, great way to start the year!!!

East Coast going big!

This weekend the East Coast had a decent swell, bringing some fun waves. My friend Luis Fernando took some pictures, he got this sequence. Now, training mode for Hawaii.

Winter season in the Gulf!!!

With the Winter season coming up, the Gulf started getting the first swells of the season. Hopefully some more of this!

Tropical Storm Andrea

The 2013 Hurricane season started right on time. The first Storm went through the Gulf bringing some fun waves in our area. Nothing major, but always so fun to surf right at home!

Cinco de Mayo!

On May 5th, we celebrate Cinco de Mayo, a Mexican tradition, another excuse to drink Coronas, but this year on this date, I've surfed one of the best swell ever in Florida. We went to Sebastian Inlet, waves were 5-6 ft plus with light offshore winds and finally warm water. I didn't get any pictures, so I borrow this one from Gulfster.com. Solid size as you can see.

Puerto Rico

Ready to go home after a week in Puerto Rico. I was able to stay longer because the Congo Boards Team allowed me to stay with them. I wanna thanks Kenny Lawrence and the rest of the team for their hospitality.

This is the swell at Wilderness, you can see one of the biggest day during this trip, solid swell. It was that good!!!

We've surfed Aguadilla most of the week so far. Waves have been good from the moment we got here, 4-6 ft range with glassy conditions.

Surf Expo

The Surf Expo is going on all weekend long in Orlando, Fl at the Convention Center. I worked at the CUSTOM X booth with Jojo and check all the new board are coming out for 2013, sick! Our neighbor was a new board company called HUBBOARDS, Jeff and Dave Hubbard have introduced their project here at the Expo. Both guys are good friends, so I don't mind giving them the promo! good luck guys! On Sunday I met with Damian Dinham and Brian Holloway for a fun session in Ponce Inlet and then in New Smyrna Beach, good weekend hanging out with at the Expo and at the beach.
